ADAR has been successfully supporting the Federal Government since 2010, led by our Founder and CEO who proudly holds a successful record of providing IT and Business services to the Government as CEO for her previous company for an additional 14 years, and as a Government Contracting Professional since inception of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in 1984.
